For this project we had to build a robot using the VEX parts that would be able to pick up a ball standing on a post without knocking it over. We needed to design, plan, create and code a working robot that could manoeuvre through tough obstacles. I found this project to be easier than some as the others as well as a lot of fun.
The photo to the right shows many of the mechatronics students testing and modifying there bots to be able to compete in the upcoming challenge. Many of us got competitive and really tried to push for success. Some resorting to making fast, risky changes to their bots.
